The GLA:D™ Canada Program is available for patients in French!
All the materials required to offer the GLA:D program to patients are available in French. Clinicians who participate in the GLA:D certification sessions in English will have access to the French materials.
Patients who have gone through the GLA:D™ Canada program are invited to share their feedback with this short form.
